10 år – En anledning att fira

Nu blir ni väl snart trötta på oss, men vi firar – igen! Eftersom ett av vår familjs motton är att man ska fira det man kan, så blev det ju självklart att ta ett firande en kväll som denna.

Jag o Patrik firar nämligen 10 år tillsammans (inte som gifta, det har vi bara varit i fem år) Men ”ihop-dagen” är tio år sen just idag!


På Perhentian Islands, på Petani Beach, firar vi med middag på ”dyr” restaurang (fortfarande billigare än McDonalds-lunch för oss hemma). Solnedgångsplats, skaldjur, spagetti bolognese och burgare. Fyra i rad i väntan på maten.

Tio år, och jag kan ju lugnt säga att båda våra liv har förändrats ganska rejält sen dess.

Bäst av allt, såklart. Våra barn. Våra stjärnor och bästa medresenärer – vart vi än har styrt kosan under dessa år, och våra bästa medfirare. Alltid med på noterna och glada när det vankas kalas!

Under denna resa betyder firande att leta på (någorlunda..) rena kläder, och att äta på något lite speciellt ställe. Så det har vi gjort ikväll!

Och jag snabb-bloggar (med imponerande snabbt wifi, tack resraurangen!) medan resten av gänget gör upp om andra, tredje o fjärdeplatsen i fyra-i-rad (förstaplatsen tydligen redan utsedd.. 🙂 )

Nu ska vi hänga ett tag till i den (väldigt) varma kvällen, och glädjas ännu lite mer åt att vi faktiskt gjorde det rätt bra, den där dagen för tio år sen när vi valde varandra.
