Jag har aldrig sett mig själv som nån direkt friluftsmänniska. Jag har ytterst sällan plockat svamp och bär i mitt liv, och jag föll aldrig riktigt för scoutlivet, även om jag faktiskt gav det ett tappert (nåja) försök en gång i tiden.
Men så i takt med den där stigande åldern så har jag allt mer börjat uppskatta naturen. Jag som under många år trivdes allra bäst på valfri uteservering eller för all del på ett glittrande schlagerdansgolv i Stockholms innerstad och tyckte att Alvik (två stationer utanför innerstadsgränsen) låg lite avsides, tycker nu att det tillhör livets goda att få vara någonstans vid en sjö i en skog tillsammans med min familj.

Så kan det gå.

Efter en speedad inledning av sommaren, där vi alltså flyttat ut vårt hus samtidigt som vi jobbar heltid, planerar en jorden runt-resa och lite annat, så kände jag/vi efter att flyttlasset gått i lördags att vi behövde ANDAS.
Mitt behov av lugn, ro, natur och frisk luft var nästan fysiskt, och trots att vi inte kom iväg förrän sent på eftermiddagen så var det ett alldeles rätt beslut.
Vi tog med det lilla snabbuppsatta tältet, drog till Uskavi utanför Nora och slog läger för en natt.

Axlarna sjönk mer och mer efter att kvällen gick. Vi spelade utomhusspel, gick en kort promenad, åt lördagsgodis och lekte i lekparken (barnen) och gjorde ingenting (vi), och så kvällsdoppet förstås!
Somnade som stockar tätt tätt intill varandra.

Nästa dag gick vi drygt 12 kilometer på Bergslagsleden. Att vandra är något vi börjat gilla allt mer. Vi har inte gjort några stora strapatser än, men under våra resor har vi gärna varit ute och upptäckt i olika former i naturen, och vi har vandrat vid Skuleberget på Höga kusten, hemma i skogarna runt Degerfors och lite andra småturer här och var.

Nu tog vi det hittills längsta vandringspasset, en av Bergslagsledens sex rundslingor, denna med utgångspunkt just från Uskavi. Gillar när man inte behöver gå fram och tillbaka utan se nytt hela tiden.

Det blev en så bra dag. Vi såg knappt en människa på hela dagen, och vandrade framför allt på smala skogsstigar i vacker skog.

Vi gjorde några småstopp för fika i skogen, och ett längre lunch- och badstopp vid Södra Brunnsjön.

Som tur är har jag en man med betydligt större friluftserfarenhet än mig, med ett oräkneligt antal skogs- och naturtimmar bakom sig, som förstås medförde kniv och fick till en fin liten eld på klipporna där vi kunde grilla vår korv.

Det var en lång dagsvandring för dessa små ben, men de klarade det galant. Självklart fyllde vi på med energi längs vägen. Här: bullpaus.

Våran lilla minisemester fyllde sin funktion. När vi vände hemåt igen kände vi nog allihop att vi fått lite nya krafter, trots att vi var rätt möra i benen vid det laget.

Naturen ändå. Vilken grej.
