Det är alltid häftigt att uppleva en plats för första gången.
Själv har jag varit ganska lite i norra Sverige. Jag har åkt skidor i Åre ett par gånger och varit på jobb i Umeå, Sundsvall och Östersund. Men det är ungefär det.
Ja, fram till i sommar då.
Förutom att vi hade en supervecka hos barnens kusiner med familj i Luleå (tänk 30 graders värme, bad i älv, hav och fors, fantastisk mat, restauranghäng, picknickar mm), så upptäckte vi också Höga Kusten på vägen tillbaka.
Jag fascinerades direkt av den speciella naturen, lugnet och vyerna. Ett ställe helt i min smak.
Vi hade det riktigt bra. Campade två nätter på Gullviks havsbad och två nätter på Norrfällsvikens camping. Båda ställena kan jag rekommendera!
En av höjdaraktiviteterna var vandringen i naturreservatet Skuleskogen. Sex kilometer genom skog, över klapperstensfält och fram till den mäktiga Slåttdalskrevan.
Häftiga ön Trysunda. Otroligt speciell plats! Hit åkte vi båt och hade en heldag.
