En riktigt bra sak är att vi har fått det finaste av sällskap här borta på andra sidan jorden.
Milos bästa simkompis Adrian och hans syster Stella har dykt upp här tillsammans med sina föräldrar, och inga kunde vara gladare än vi.

Goda vänner är en viktig gåva, så är det verkligen. Och vi har turen att – tack vare att Milo och Adrian började simma ihop i samma grupp förra våren och blev kompisar – ha hittat en såndär fin ”familjekompisfamilj” där vi alla trivs tillsammans.
Och nu är de här!

Roligt att dela även sån tid som brukar kunna bli rätt långtråkig… Väntar på flyget som tog oss från Sydön till Nordön.

Vi hyr just nu en enkel stuga ihop vid en av sjöarna i Rotorua-området.
Det är härligt att se barnen spela Monopol ihop, skratta, dansa, showa, jaga, bada… Vi äter frukost ihop på morgnarna, och sen har vi gjort lite olika saker. Både varit ihop och på olika håll, men oavsett vilket så väntar en gemensam middag hemma på kvällen (bilden längst upp är tagen när barnen åt middag igår kväll)
Vi har visserligen haft lite otur med vädret här i Rotorua, men det är ju som det är… Och mycket kul tillsammans återstår!!

Där finns en mysig camping/hostel, en strand med perfekta boogieboardvågor och en kulle/höjd man snabbt kan vandra upp för och se på utsikten. När det är högvatten kan man hyra kajaker och paddla. Har ni bil kan ni åka därifrån till Hot water beach och ”hemmaspaa” lite. 🙂 Jag har inte gjort det själv men vi kommer göra det med barnen när vi åker dit nästa år. Och som alltid, kul att läsa om era äventyr!
