  10. Hej! Hittade precis hit när jag söker resor till Bali med barn, och ni verkar ha samma preferenser som vi, dvs mer natur / lugn o ro / inhemska upplevelser framför stad, shopping, nöjesfält.
    Vi åker med våra barn på 5 och 2 år och kommer tillbringa 4 veckor nu i november på Bali, Gili Air, Lembongan och vad vi nu hinner med.

    Förstår att det mesta går att läsa om på bloggen, men tar gärna emot fler tips om platser värt att besöka och bra transporter, barnvänliga ställen, enklare boenden (gärna homestays), lokala restaturanger, etc. Brukar ju ge sig rätt bra när en är på plats också, men alltid kul med tips. Var ni ut på några vandringar, typ mot vulkanen, inlandssjöarna? Nån koll på temperaturskillnader på 1000-1500 meters höjd i november? I valet och kvalet om en ska packa varma kläder/regnjackor eller ej.
    Kanske återkommer med flera funderingar 🙂

    1. Hej Caroline! Såg din kommentar nu, och nu är ni väl iväg! Vad härligt!!! Just på Bali bodde vi framför allt bara på tre platser, i huset vi hyrde via HomeAway i tre veckor och på den LJUVLIGA Orcanic farm, och ett enklare hotell inne i Ubud. Om ni skulle ha möjlighet – kolla upp farmen, det är en upplevelse vi aldrig någonsin kommer glömma. Finns tre inlägg här på bloggen inkl länk dit.
      Inga direkta vandringar, men från Ubud gjorde vi en cykeltur på en dag som var jättehärlig. Finns flera arrangörer i stan och även med cykelbarnstol.
      När vi bodde i huset och på farmen åt vi hemlagad mat därifrån, så därför har jag inte så många restaurangtips.
      Vi var också 10 dagar på Gili Air och bodde då på Salabose Cottage, som vi älskade. Enkelt men härligt ställe med gooood mat. Där snorklade vi med havssköldpaddor = helt fantastiskt.
      Vid vulkanen var det kyligt och vi hade extra tröjor den enda kvällen vi var där. Så jag vet inte så mycket mer om klimatet eller kan ge råd om kläder just högre upp.
