Efter en månads resande tillsammans med mormor och morfar (mamma & pappa/svärmor & svärfar) så är det nu över.
Vid lunchtid skildes våra vägar åt när vi vinkade hej då till dem på International Departures-terminalen, där de checkade in för sin färd mot Stockholm. Och vi gick sen bort till inrikesterminalen där vi strax ska boarda för att resa till Flores (en annan indonesisk ö)
Jag känner mig så LEDSEN över att de inte ska vara med oss längre, och barnen har varit helt otröstliga.
Det är ju det här som är så jobbigt med att tycka så in-i-hjärtat-mycket om andra människor; att det blir så vansinnigt svårt att skiljas åt.
Och som barn är det ju omöjligt att förstå hur lång tid sju månader är, i deras värld är det ju en ogripbar evighet kvar tills vi kommer hem. För oss vuxna är det också länge, men vi kan ju hantera det hela med åtminstone ett visst mått av logik.
Tycker den här ”paparazzibilden” som Patrik tog genom fönstret på Nusa Lembongan är så fin. Morfar i mitten med pannlampa, och en serietidning, läsandes för sina barnbarn.
Ja, idag är det jobbigt. Men självklart kommer vi alldeles snart att kunna fokusera mycket mer på allt det roliga vi har haft tillsammans. Minnena finns ju här, överallt, inom oss. Och de är värda MASSOR!

** Veckan på Nusa Lembongan, som innehöll så mycket och samtidigt gick i långsam, behaglig takt.
Sista kvällen på Lembongan – då blev det också tonfisk, som ägarfamiljen helt oväntat bjöd på.
** Våra dagar hos Wivin i Lovina – med alla klara färger, badet i de varma källorna och allt annat – varav det är mycket som jag inte ens har skrivit så mycket om här på bloggen än, för att det var så liksom fullspäckat av intryck och starka känslor hela tiden.
Jag ska återkomma om det, tänker jag mig.
** 11 nätter på Gili Air, så härliga, härliga, härliga dagar. Med tonfiskkväll och massa härliga bekantskaper.
** Fyra nätter i Ubud, med födelsedagsfirande av min 66 år unga pappa (eller förlåt, 60 + är han tydligen och ingenting annat 🙂 )

Tack för alla timmar ni ägnat åt att läsa med och för Milo och Jack. Skrivandet i minnesböckerna. Pysslandet med solkrämsinsmörjning, tandborstning, godnattsaga, egna små fikastunder. Timmar efter timmar som ni intresserat och engagerat lyssnat på barnens alla tankar och funderingar. Alla Yatzy-partier.

Och – det gäller i allra högsta grad även barnens farmor Inga-Lill därhemma, och annan kär släkt och goda vänner.
